Guernsey port offers five ferry routes; three to the UK mainland, one to France, and the other to Jersey. Condor Ferries serves all five routes and operates both fast and conventional ferries.

Guernsey to Jersey Ferry Services

The Guernsey to Jersey inter-island service operates all year round via Condor Ferries, with two crossings per day and a sailing time of 1 hour.


Jersey's port is also located in its capital city, St Helier, and has a number of eateries and shops, including duty-free options.

Guernsey to Poole Ferry Services

There are two crossings per day to Poole (near Bournemouth) on the UK mainland. The journey time is 2 hours, 45 minutes aboard a fast ferry. Poole Harbour is one of the world's largest natural harbours and is busy with commercial vessels and fishing boats. The terminal at the Port of Poole offers a bureau de change service, a summer café, a left luggage facility and disabled access.

Guernsey to Portsmouth Ferry Services

The Guernsey to Portsmouth ferry route is served by six weekly conventional ferries, with a crossing time of 12 hours, 30 minutes. Ferries run every day except for Sunday. Portsmouth is the home of the Royal Navy and is a very large port. Facilities are extensive at the ferry terminal, with cash machines and a bureau de change, cafés and shops, a bar, a newsagent and gift shop, an information desk and a travel centre.

Guernsey to St Malo Ferry Services

The Guernsey to St Malo ferry service features two daily crossings aboard a fast ferry which completes the journey in only 45 minutes. Over one million passengers pass through the Port of St Malo each year and there are two ferry terminals, each of which has good facilities that include bureaux de change, cafés and souvenir shops.

Guernsey to Weymouth Ferry Services

There are also two daily crossings from Guernsey to Weymouth aboard a fast ferry with Condor Ferries, taking 2 hours, 30 minutes. The Port of Weymouth has modern, although limited, passenger facilities including a small store providing light snacks and newspapers.
